Account information (name, email), workspace and quote content you create, and technical data such as log and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service. Clients who view a shared quote may provide their name and email when accepting it.

How we use information

To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and enforce permissions; to communicate about your account; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve third-party advertising.

Data storage & security

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers using industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls. Access to workspace data is restricted to members of that workspace via row-level security.

Sub-processors

We use reputable third-party providers for hosting, database, and authentication to run the Service. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Data retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Workspace administrators can manage member data directly; for other requests, contact us.

We may update this Policy from time to time and will note the effective date above.
